As founders of KBTS, we have an outreach initiative that is deeply personal to us—one created to honor and uplift those living with silent, invisible disabilities; such as Autism and Borderline Personality Disorders to name a few. Our hope to give a “Voice to Silence”.

Every day, countless individuals fight battles no one can see. They wake up, show up, and move through the world with smiles that hide overwhelming anxiety, learning differences, and neurological challenges. On the outside they may “seem fine,” but inside they carry a weight that is too often dismissed, misunderstood, or overlooked entirely.

We’ve heard their stories—stories of being told to deal with it, of being judged because their struggles leave no visible marks, and of opportunities slipping away simply because others could not see the hurdles they faced. The emotional toll of feeling unseen and unheard is profound, leaving far too many people isolated when what they need most is compassion.
